Frequently asked questions

What happens if I fail the exam?

If the student fails the exam on the first attempt, a second attempt will be offered. However, if the student also fails the second attempt, they will automatically fail the course and will not be entitled to any further attempts.

What happens if I fail the course?

If the student fails both exam attempts for the same subject, they will automatically be considered as having failed the course and will not be entitled to a third attempt.
If the student wishes to retake the course, they may contact QMS to re-enroll in the failed course with a 50% discount on the current list price (not applicable to promotions).
Upon re-enrollment, the student must watch all course lessons again and will be entitled to two new exam attempts per subject.

If I pass, can I retake the exam to improve my score?

QMS does not provide a new exam for the purpose of improving a grade if the student has already passed on the first attempt; the grade obtained will be considered final.

Does QMS Academy grant credit for prior studies?

We only grant credit for studies completed within QMS Academy courses. After your enrollment, our platform automatically identifies the courses you have already completed and marks them as finished. This way, you do not need to review the content again—although it will remain available should you wish to revisit it.
